👎🏼Really dissapointed with their poor service, administration sucks not at all helpfull and time wasting.👎🏼

I"m very disappointed with their service.

We have sent a parcel on 23.02.2020 from Dubai but still we didn't receive it and once we call them they are cancelling the phone. Every thing it contains is food items which has a short time period of expiry date. Other cargo company has done there work wonderfully but Frico hasn't. But they can also get a pass from the police and deliver,but why can't they do?

I had a mixed experience here. I sent a box via Trico from Melbourne and I came here to collect it myself, as I had since arrived in the country. When o was filing my documents, they asked for my passport. And I told them that no one asked me to bring it and they were like you're supposed to know that. And I told them that no one asked me for it despite me calling them before I arrived. However, they were gracious enough to clear my box after having provided them a letter. Without exaggeration, I spent 2 full hours there just to clear 1 box carrying my personal items. However, the staff there is very obliging in general. So anyone who's reading this, make sure you take your passport with you!
