Very poor customer service. We paid them yesterday for sand, concrete blocks and chip stones. They promised to deliver them yesterday itself, but they didn't come and even didn't answer the phone calls. They have not even come today yet. We have given about 100 calls but NONE of those were answered. This place once happened to be a best place for buying construction hardware, but now it's customer service is very poor. The staff also doesn't even know very basic manners and how they speak to certain customers are not acceptable at all. I certainly don't recommend this place for anyone.

Good place to buy all kind of hardware items for a fair price but the cashiers and bill writers think that they are the owner of it. Very bad customer service.
