Ella Residence Eco Resort

I really loved the place. Went with family, and we had the place to ourselves. Quiet and with bird sounds. It was raining when we went but it was still nice and calm. The pool is super too, cuz they pump it straight from the stream below and is natural river water. Food was simple and nice. The manager is a nice chap too, they're building some new areas for camps and cabanas so there was a bit of construction happening but we didn't mind. The road leading up to is a bumpy and rocky, so drive slowly but any vehicle should be able to go. I loved the bathroom in the left corner room as it had windows opened to the jungle! 😍 Overall, a 8/10

Went to this place on last weekend. Established in a nice location Available facilities are natual pool, small water fall, badminton court, three bed rooms and a small garden area. Rooms are small and wash room fitting placement are horrible . Customer service is average and be aware of the kitchen windows 🤕 when you using the access steps to go down to reach the graden area. Place is ok to spend few hours with your friends to have a drink and chill🍻

Nice atmosphere. Good service. Simple food. Nature pool is so good and well maintained. Worth the price. Also the place is surrounded by Rambutan trees.

The first most impression wasn't thaaat good. the road is really really bumpy and if you are to reach this resort u should have your own vehicle. its very rocky road ans situated very much interior. Not as we expected or shown in the very photos. Rooms are really small and washrooms are horrible as there aren't any bathroom accessories. Also very small. You can't even turn around. Room service is poor. No bath towels or blankets. All in all the windows are double sided so that everything could be seen outside. Food is of course comparatively okay. Never get into the pool as it is not cleaned properly. As it is a natural pool there were worms inside. 🤮 Though the location was nice maintainance has been poor. Only good in it was rambutan tress. 🌝.
