Paid for an winter sofa (offer on instalments) at Diyatalawa Singer on the 21st of December and they have promised to deliver within 2 days. I was expecting the product before Christmas. Rang the branch couple of time to check the delivery and failure to that rang and informed the Singer Customer Service via Hotlone twice and they promised to call back n confirm the delivery yet did not receive the product or atleast a callback and it's the 5th of Jan. Poor customer service + customer satisfaction + service after sales and the year end targets may have counted with the sale wonder how a company like singer maintain the Customer order fulfilment with such manner.
