Distric Hospital Haputale

We are renovating this place to give a maximum patient care now. We have 4 main wards including pediatric, medicine and surgery and an ETU with all facilities in an emergency. All the staff are well trained . We are conducting medical clinic on Mondays and Fridays for hundreds of patients. There are maternity and child clinics as well.The Non Communicable Disease (NCD) unit doing a greater service by screening and preventing chronic diseases in patients attending to OPD and in state and private sector institutions. We are conducting postmortem examinations as well and we are now giving a wide range of health services through a dedicated staff.

Not a big hospital like Diyathalawa. In the past in was the biggest in the area.
