You can go all around the world without driving license. But, aah haah..!! not from Walasmulla police station. They will catch you by a second.!! No excuses here. Go to the post office and pay the fine. (Just for funny) But in other hand good staff in there. Very friendly officers and they never forget any complain. Good and trustable. 100% respect for Walasmulla police officers!!
