I went to the bank this morning. The staff inside the bank was average but the officer Mr.Jagath with a desk near the entrance went above and beyond to get my work done. He showed a keen sense of courtesies in dealing with customers, a quality that is lacking in both private and public sector offices these days. I think employees like him, will be assets to any company and they should be recognized by the senior management and should be appreciated and encouraged.

Worst banking experience ever. Promoting on weekend banking, but bank is closed in Saturday and Sunday. The bank management says it is due to Covid19, but Are Covid19 patients coming to bank in only weekends? How irresponsible bank?
