Worst banking service I've ever see. Many day delays with responding to emails, random fees made up on the spot and lies to cover incompetence.

One of the worst services provider by any NDB branches is Galle branch. The customer care dont even bother provide customers service. They dont even know what it means 4 sure! Arrogant and uncooperative.
