A public Library, well maintained, fully equipped with a great collection of books for children and adults. Besides the library the center also has a preschool and a medical clinic. Further Rathgama Urban Council use the facility for their monthly meetings. Staff is very cordial and helpful. This center is an asset for the community.

Best library in the area. Stuff are helpful, if you are looking for a quiet place to study this is the best place. 💕
