Bank of Ceylon

Finally bank has decided to find a solution for long waited issue here, they have expand a parking for vehicles within the bank premises but there is noone to control the vehicles, some people just come in and block the way out of other vehicles so if you are getting in to the parking lot earlier make sure to park your vehicle properly. And the road to this bank is always a messy road. They also have moved the ATM machines in to the bank itself, there are two of those and one cash deposit machine

To comment on the staff, I must say that they are very kind. Helpful towards customers. Management has to do something to provide lager area for parking since current one is not enough to handle large crowd.

Service is slow. Staff is ok. Long queues always.

Can't satisfied about the service.
