Very poor service. On 25th April 2018 I went to IOC Ratnapura filling station. I wanted to pump super diesel to my vehicle. I was waiting at the filling pump for more than 10 minutes. No one from the staff came to fill fuel to my vehicle. Then I went to their office and asked why don't they pump fuel to my vehicle. Their answer was " we do not pump fuel during rain as there was no shelter provided to super diesel pump" I was pretty disappointed and wanted to complain this to their manager. I dialed all three numbers displayed but no answer. I tried to complain the same to their head office. Still the same no answer from head office. I never expected this type of service from a private organization. I am really disappointed about this incident.

The station is situated in a three-way intersection. It has all major types of fuel including super diesel and super petrol. It open and active. Now very crowded oftenly and always a good pitstop. Doesn't have a super market on premises. It also takes both cash payment and, credit cardor debit card payments. A bill is not handed by default but you can receive one upon request.
