Bad customer service - Not good experience with them. I recommend Kegalle Abans, Singer Branches. ********Do not buy anything from these Softlogic.*******

Very poor Customer Service. They don’t know how to speak to the customers & get the deal done. No Politeness at all. They Didn’t show any interest in Business. Unfortunately I couldn’t take photos. I have visited this store on 2021/01/28.

Not recommend this place. They do not provide good service.

Terrible after sale service. I wouldn't recommend buying even a pen from them.
