Cable is ready to ride, but it's in the middle of the construction area, so no chill zone so far. The prices are on European standard, what is very pricey compared to food or hotels on Sri Lanka. The rental stuff is from liquid force so, of you like the brand it's ok. The guy who takes care of the park, maybe he's the oner didn't appear with overwhelming hospitality... We decided not to shred, because you can have kiteboard equipment nearly for the same price, but for the whole day, not only a hour.
