Vajira Tours

My mother had paid LKR 165000.00 for a group tour to these people. But the tour was canceled One year ago. Still they are not refunding the money. They say that airlines didn’t refund them and hotels didn’t refund them. As everyone knows airlines and hotels refunded money. Specially group tours. They steal money of their customers. Now not answering phones. These people fraudulently keep customers money. Please do not trust them for your tours in Sri Lanka or outside the country. You will lose your money. I specially request tourists those who are planning next trip to Sri Lanka to not to trust vajira tours kandy. This is a black mark for the country’s reputation on tourism. I will take action to inform about them to relevant authorities in Sri Lanka and foreign institutions those who are working in regards to travel.
