Example : I was asking for a replacement battery and they said 'Lucas' is available, then I didn't bother when they replacing as they were 'genuine'. When I really noticed the warranty card few days later, the name was 'LUGES'. When I inquired them about it, they said they weren't lying but told 'LUGES' could have been sounded to as 'LUCAS'. Liars and Cheaters on that case. But all bajaj products are genuine. They have all the original parts.
