Very bad service when I went to load some goods i had already bought. Rocell is a well organized company with good service and very good products. But I would not recommend the Gampola branch. Go to some other branch. First of all they didn’t have proper parking when i went there. They asked to move my vehicle before loading the goods so that they could load some other goods to some other vehicles. And again when loading my goods they asked to bring the vehicle back which i had parked in the road. I had to make a long drive and make a U turn in rush hour Gampola traffic to bring my vehicle back. Which was very annoying even though they could easily have taken the goods to where my vehicle was parked already. This process took almost an hour even though this could have been done with 10-15 minutes.
