Pizza Hut - Gampola

Amazing experience with Pizza Hut - Gampola today and customer service like this needs to be appreciated! 👏 They had an error in one of our take away order items and we realized it only when we unsealed the package after coming home. When we called and informed, they were very polite and promptly delivered the correct one to our doorstep without a fuss! Thank you and keep it up! 🙂

Staff could be more customer oriented. Listen to them more. Acknowledge them more. Value them more. And to make sure not to laugh at thier backs as some of us can see that as well.

Nothing much. You have limited seating. Mostly established as a delivery outlet. Only has capacity for about 2 car parking. Washroom facilities available.

its sad to post a bad comment on a place which was previously serving very best. Two days before i was dinning in with one of my Friend , No ketchup was available when i inquiry they say its out of stock . and given some BBQ souses which not nice . well how become pizza hut going through Out of ketchup ?

Space wise bit stacked. Minimal parking space. Good customer care.
