This branch is very busy at times and expect long queue, limited parking is available for cars. Some of the front staff at this branch are lazy, arrogant and not welcoming. They are NOT informative / knowledgeable. It's better to call the Colombo head office customer service for detailed information / FAQ. This review is based on my personal experience as a customer. The staff shall treat their customers with dignity and not the other way around. Try the Jaffna main branch for much better service. You can also transfer your branch to the one you prefer. Therefore, I am offering 2* ratings for this branch.

Some of the front staff at this branch are rude and not welcoming. I found that the Jaffna main branch staff were informative / knowledgeable and faster service. This is based on my own personal experience, hence I wanted to offer this ratings.
