Feels cheap and low in terms of everything comparing to branches from other cities. They make ton of money, yet the dining area is not even air conditioned properly. Somehow, the taste feels not so great comparimg to the ones I had at Kurunegal and Colombo.
Very cheap service. I ordered Combo deal for 4 people for which a 1.5L pepsi was given. I asked for cups to pour the drinks but they refused to give. They gave cups only for people ordered individual drinks. So people who buy combo have to suck from the bottle while eating?! Also we ordered 5 burgers but they give only 4 sauce packet and 4 serviettes. Had to ask for more. At least they should give one per person. So cheap.

Three stars because the chicken doesn’t taste the same all the time. Orders made late at night are partially cooked and they take quite long to prepare. Fast food isn’t fast enough. Some flavors aren’t available at the Jaffna outlet.Other than that the rest of the services are same across all the KFC outlets.
