Was at home the whole day. When picking up another package, I find a slip stating they had tried to deliver it at 14:35... But I found the slip around 14:00. No one answers the phone. Update: Best way to contact them is per e-mail. I received an answer in seconds. I was able to reschedule a second delivery.

I wrote a bad review a couple of years ago which I am now editing as the guys at ups Contern are just amazing. The reaction time is flashlight and the guys delivering packages are super nice, as well as the guys in the contern office. Very happy woth the service now!

Why even bother to have a phone number online if they never pick up calls?

Working from home, I heard the driver park in front of my building and I went to the window waiting for him to ring the doorbell. not even 1 minute after the driver arrived, he just left and the tracking changed to "Delivery Attempted". Customer Service is of no assistance, they apologize but provide no actual solutions.
