We arrived from Fez at 8pm after 10hr bus ride to find our room was double booked, with no English speaking staff, it was a bit of hard talk that got our room, customer service was lacking. The room was clean, with air con, hot shower, good wifi, close to the bus stop and shops, hence the star rating.
