I went to Dr Akhiat for a problem of large pores. She prescribed me acne treatment (Curacne): first month (20 mg), second month (10 mg) and third month (5 mg). According to her, this drug will evacuate the blackheads that clog the pores. She advised me to bear the heavy side effects of the drug and promised me a marked improvement after only 15 days. But after 3 weeks, my skin condition didn't change an iota. So I called the office to inform Dr. Akhiat who asked me to continue the treatment. After 4 weeks, the same thing, the comedones were not evacuated. So, I called the office again and this time, Dr. Akhiat advised me to switch to injections or to the laser without even examining myself or talking to me (It was always the assistant who transmitted his messages). Hardly, I was given an appointment within a week, 5 weeks after my first consultation. But on the day of the visit, the secretary called me to ask me to bring back the treatment sheet (CNOPS) because it is a consultation and not a check-up. She explained to me that Dr Akhiat is not responsible for the ineffectiveness of the treatment that she prescribed to me, that she only receives the patients who come to consult, that is, those who will pay the 250 dhs of the visit. Deeply disappointed, I canceled my appointment and decided to see another doctor. I shared my experience with you and I let you judge for yourself.
