I rented a car two times there and everything went smooth especially the second time because the car was clean and it was the same Model I booked online. One thing one should pay attention to (which is only in Morocco btw) is to bring the car clean and here I advise to not bother to clean and instead drop the car directly into the car wash corner in the airport parking (it cost 40 MAD about 4 euro). An absolute awful company. These people will scam you out of your money. Be very careful if you rent with them. They will confirm one price online and over the phone, and then tell you another when you try to pick up the car. This company should have its business permit revoked.

While it is the only car rental agency with a line (the other 6 have none), it is also the only one with any staff present most of the time. Expect minimum 45 min wait to pick up or drop off as there is usually only one guy both doing all the lengthy (physical) paperwork, and also taking people to their dinged up, under-fuelled up fleet.

Scammers (Agent Kamal) double-billed me for reservations I have already paid on the internet with his preferred rate claiming he didn't see my bookings I made on the internet. run away I do not recommend.
