Fraud!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They lied to me and over charged me! I have never had such a horrible experience as this!!

The staff arrived a few mins late and he was sincerely apologetic.. he paid 20mad to get e car washed (carwash is next door to the office) before we drove off. upon returning the car no stuff was around at appointed time yet again... we called 3 diff ppl and waited 10mins after agreed time b4 anyone showed up. When the paper work is done the staff demanded that we have to wash the car before returning it (the car was not in dirty condition, just normal road dust after driving it for 11days)... and he can do that for us at the same carwash place for 50mad... 😪 just 11 days later the car wash price increased from 20 to 50mad..... 🙄 dishonest and disrespectful of appointed time. Not recommend unless u have the nerve to wait while u are on schedule for the next flight out.

They are scammers dont rent a car by this company. They do not show up while you are waiting at the airport. After that they will lie and will say that you did not show up at the pick-up time

This was the most fast and comfort rent experience i´ve ever had :-) You can find the Agence diRENT right outside in front of the entrance. Fouad, one of the guys came after a couple of minutes and after 10 minutes everything was all set!! I even received an upgrade! Awesome! Car return was as same as fast. Any time again. Thank you very much/Schukran Fouad!

We rented a car in Tangier and there was no car and nobody in the office. After one hour trying to find out how to contact we somebody, a man came to the place (he doesn't speak a different language from moroccan) and he told us that we had to wait there because the car was not ready (it was around 14:00 and the car should have been ready at 11:00). Finally, we decided to look for a car in a different company as we have been done by DiRent. No recommendable at all!!
