Had a great experience with Tarik. He arranged us a new car while other car had some minor issues with the engine. He drove us a new car to different city and was all the way very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this agency and mr Tarik in Sixt

I had an awful experience renting from Sixt in Fes. A female friend and I were reassured by their staff that we would have no trouble driving in Morocco, and that they would be easy to reach if we ran into any issues. We were immediately followed by men on motorcycles after leaving the airport exit, who screamed at us and tapped on our windows the entire drive to the hotel. They also blocked us in at the end of a dead end road, making it extremely difficult and stressful to turn around in the dark. After that scary experience, we decided to return the car and arrange other transportation. However, nobody answered the phone at the Sixt office until 15 hours later, the next afternoon. Our hotel had to call repeatedly for us. They finally picked up the car, and my credit card was charged the full rental amount despite the fact that my contract indicated it should have been prorated. More than a month later, I am still arguing with Sixt USA about processing my refund. The Morocco office just doesn't respond to email or phone calls - it seems like nobody even works there. They have been totally inept - I sit on hold forever, they never save the notes so I have to explain things repeatedly, and when they finally agreed to process a refund their credit card system wouldn't work. Now their phone line is busy. What a complete headache. I will never use this company again.

We have a terrible experience with Sixt in Fes, Moroco. If I could give 0 stars I would have. This spoiled our wonderful experience we had the week before in Morocco. This company should be band from working in Morocco. DONT EVER RENT from SIXT. We had reserved and fully payed for a car with Sixt Rent a car from Fes, Morocco, train station ( it is an option on their website) for 11am on January 1st, 2020. We have been trying to call the day before all their offices in Fes but no one ever picked up the phone.... We arrived at the train station to discover that no one has ever heard of Sixt and there is no desk and no one was waiting for us. Thankfully my husband who spoke French found a Budget car rental office 10 min away from the train station and somehow Budget connect to a driver at SIXT who brought us a car 2 hours later. What a waist of time waiting with my kids in the train station and stressing out how we would have gotten to Rabat. I will NEVER NEVER rent from SIXT.
