Avoid Europcar in Morocco. The franchise is run by scammers. Had the most horrible experience (even by Moroccan standards).

We hired a car and had to make an additional insurance than that paid on the site (needless to say to them), I paid a deposit I do not know if you'll see. The car that we were given had a door and a broken window, the non-existent parcel shelf with the danger that we were entering the car. The car was struggling to leave and some lights came on. Anyway I will try to understand what actions to take.

I do not recommend this company at all. They give you a lower category car for the same price that you have paid that is higher, to all this the car is in poor condition (deflated wheels, worn tires, dirty interior and careless ..). Then at the time of the return they are some without shame, they say that the car is "very dirty" (very dirty) and only has dust on the outside of the car. They also tell you that you have done "too much km" too many km despite making the reservation with unlimited mileage. These people live in a parallel world in which they only think of foreign tourist money. Unfortunate how they act and how these individuals think.

There was nobody to receive the car, a car without brakes, the wheels of different make and drawing, one smooth and the other normal. Very bad experience with this company, the car left us dumped 40km after taking it. They charged us an insurance other than the premium we had bought in Spain.

Horrible, we rented a car with "all risk" insurance and no franchise with this company, which did not redirect Cerisa car then and passed the insurance through the triumphal arch. We hit the fender, never saw the deposit of 300 euros or answered our emails or heard from anyone again. D.E.P
