One big scam! These people are professional thieves. Don't rent a car from this place they will make you regret it.
This company will not give your deposit back. We called several times and they just made excuses saying it can take 1 - 2 months to be processed. We paid in full on Hertz website and yet they demand more deposit on site. Will never trust a Hertz rental again after the experience with this one.
We picked up our car in Marrakech and dropped it in Fez. The service was great, the car was new and ran well over our 2 week journey around Morocco. Positive experience all round.
Total rip off. I made my reservation online, paid all the fees, return the car clean, fueled and on time then they charged my credit card for the amout of $249?!! Why? DON'T RENT YOUR CAR HERE. RUN AWAY.
Nonostante Hertz sia la più blasonata, non affidatevi a loro in Marocco. Esperienza sconvolgente.
I am very disappointed and I can certainly say that I will never rent via Hertz again: when we rented the car it already had multiple scratches and we (WE) had to make the guy see them, since it was dark and he was really unprofessional and hasty.
When we returned the car, not hasty at all, the guy kept saying there was a scratch, which only was a dirt residue. I had to clean it for 10 minutes with my fingers so he could believe that, only after making a call to a superior.
Only purpose: make more money.
