I had an appointment on Tuesday 05/11/2019 at 17h and I arrived at 16h57, I was the 4th client but I was a step back because of the cousin of the doctor who came after me but who passed before me All this led me to express my dissatisfaction because the patients are not respected because of the privilege reserved for other patients The receptionist tried to explain this problem to me by the fact that the doctor reserves the time it takes for each patient and that the patient in question was close to the doctor and could go before me. Something that I did not appreciate completely. Finally I waited for the doctor to explain the incident but to my surprise, the latter did not find this type of behavior aberrant. I ended my consultation by claiming that respect for the trick is sacred. Respect for others comes before competence I do not recommend this practice. Finally, it is a very bad experience that I lived that day!

Good treatment starts with a good diagnosis and communication between the doctor and the patient, which is not done in this office.
