Best in quality and in price for fine Moroccan artisanal creations. You cannot go wrong. Deserves at least a visit of an hour.

An oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of Rabat, it's not easy to find but definitely worth the effort! When you come in, you are pleasantly welcomed by the smell of cedar wood. I spoke to the owner, Madame Bencheikh (pronounced Bencheek). She is very knowledgeable about how the products are made, where the materials come from and she personally designed each product. The articles she sells aren't available in the Medina and although higher priced, they are of excellent quality. I bought a beautiful Maillechort trivet (an alloy of Nickel, Copper and Zinc) made by hand for $18. They gift wrapped it for me with tull and fabric, it looked amazing! As an aside, every single product I bought at the Medina turned out, after closer inspection back home, to have some kind of defect... She sells clothing, bags, jewelry, home furnishings, table cloths, antique wardrobes, leather goods, and a variety of other items.

We recommend you without any reservations this magic shop where you will find traditional decorative items, designer clothes, tastefully chosen jewelry and quality handcrafted furniture. The prices are quite reasonable and we appreciated to learn that they make it possible to remunerate decently crafts and creators. We had a Moroccan living room adapted to our contemporary taste, a great pleasure from cooperation with the alchemy teams!
