i will give them 1 star based on my experience. today i went there looking for an oxford dictionary, i asked the man standing outside(security guard) and he told me that the dictionary existes, i waited almost 25 minutes(there was a man before me), suddenly a car stopped and she asked the security guard to bring her the same dictionary(100% she gave him money for that). it was clear lately that it was the only one left in the library because when it was my turn a young girl told me that the last one taken by the lady, i was like so angy and broken.
