One of the famous hotels of our beloved city casablanca
The worst custmer service EVER , we received very poor custmer service !! I called to speak to the manager, the lady at the front ( Karima ) hung up on me !!!!!! I tried to call over and over again but no answer !
We enjoyed our time at this hotel the staff was friendly and respectful. the service was great.
In city center heart, one place you could be happy to settle for couple of days.
Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. Although very clean all round the bathrooms could use an upgrade. (Shower is in the tub). Location is perfect for business but vacation wise the night life is about 6 miles away.
