My little sister just turned 16 last week was diagnosed with AMV (arteriovenous malformation). Went there tonight for a Cerebral Angiogram. And overnight when mom calls for the nurse to help in giving her medicine as she shouldn’t move after the procedure, the nurse ignited the calls for a while saying that she can’t touch her and she wasn’t the one responsible for her case, and didn’t even try calling the nurse in charge. After a while the nurse came in with attitude gave her the medicine and refused to check her temperature or anything knowing that she been having high fever.
I will never recommend this place unless you really don’t have an other choice like our situation.. I know that nurses suppose to take care of the patient not give attitude to a 16 years old who’s going for a brain surgery😭😭😭. Don’t take your loved ones here !!!

Unkind staff, rude to foreigners, lied about insurance policies, use security and force to intimidate sick patients
Its a good place with nice service and team , all respect and appreciation
My wife has just given birth at Good Hope. The support and decisions by the midwives, doctors and other people at Good Hope has been spot on.
