The worst agency ever, to be avoided. No receipt of account statements, extreme slowness to respond to emails (you have to keep relaunching them and even no response), cumbersome paperwork to just validate a beneficiary, do not answer the phone in short, the slightest small request is a real test in this agency especially if you have a pro account. Digitization they do not know. Prefer another bank it will save you time.
