This riad is situated in the middle of the medina in Marrakesh, surrounded by houses and stores of local people. So this is definitely for an adventurous soul who wants to experience and see local Moroccan life. What I like about it are: - The manager during my stay, Yassine, was exceptionally helpful. He picked me up from the main street when my taxi arrived, clearly discussed payments with me, and always willing to help, answer questions and make my stay more comfortable. He helps hail a taxi for me whenever I go out and tells me how much I should pay so drivers can't fool me. He helps arranging my excursions, my hammam spa and my taxi back to airport. He is also very friendly and welcoming, wakes up even in the midnight to open doors for guests. - The riad is easy to find via google map once you reach the airport. As mentioned, it is not like common hotels in other countries as its situated inside the medina so you might be overwhelmed by the amount of people, motorcycles, stores, cats and children playing around BUT inside the riad is very peaceful and quiet like an oasis. - The excursions and hammam they offer are reasonably priced. I did the Essaouria and Sultan Hammam spa and was very pleased. - There are many things around this riad to make your stay practical like taxi stands and bus stops, a pizza place for 15-20 dirhams per pizza, a forex exchange with better rates than airport, a store that sells all kinds of herbs and spices similar to what you see in souk and also very cheap, other stores to buy bread and mineral water, and the Mythic Oriental spa. All of these are just right outside the riad or a 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Jardin Majorelle and related YSL museums are about 15-20 minutes walk as well. The Jamaa el Fna square and Koitube mosque are around 30 dirhams taxi from the main street near riad. - The cost of staying at riad is very practical and affordable as well compared to other riads and if you are thinking you will be out most days anyway to tour around Marrakesh or Morocco. But staying inside the riad is quite relaxing and nice especially at the courtyard beneath the orange tree or at the rooftops with sunbed. Overall, I didn't have much expectations because I booked this trip on a whim but I was glad to have had a very convenient and practical stay. Shout esp. to Yassine who had been such a good friend.

A nice hotel！The enviornment is cosy and beautiful. It is a typical Morroco place with peace. The bed is soft and comfortable also. The waitor there, Yasyn treats everyone with patience. He serves us with tea and cakes after we arrive. He helps us to book a car to airport and contact the airport to get our delayed luggages. Really thank him a lot. He is the best person we met in Morroco! Hope we can come to Morroco again! Do not miss this nice place when you come to Marrakech!

I just stayed at this riad for a few days. It feels like I live in someone’s homes. It's not like a hotel. I don't think we should measure riad by the concept of our hotel star rating. In the past I stayed in many Five-star hotels in world I also stayed in a few hotels with very poor service, but riad feels very different, I feel a sense of belonging, which is something that five-star hotels can't do. the personal touch is different level. I must especially thank the staff here, Hicham, who is the hardest working person I have ever see. He is willing to help solve any problem from morning till night. Before I came, I had a belt buckle that was broken, Due to the complex design no one in England can repair it, so I took the temptation and brought it to Morocco, hope someone can make a new one for me. On the first day of the arrival, I told Hicham about it. After he see the object, he immediately called someone to find a workshop. Then he braved the high temperature of 40 degrees to accompany me to the raw material workshop. Two days later, I finally got a brand new belt buckle. Hicham I cannot thank you enough! You are a star.
