You always have to complain to get help in this agency. It's time to change it. If SGMA really takes care of these clients, a regular audit should be carried out on its branches.

PITOYABLE SERVICE !!!! --------------- Our bank advisor Ms. Ahlam CHALHI made us wait more than a day as well as several hours on the phone before processing an URGENT request !!! We had to directly solicit the Director Mr. El YAKOUBI Mohamed Moncef in order to process this request yet very simple to operate! I therefore do not recommend this agency at all. There are better ones, look at the ratings of Internet users on Google. A word to the wise.
