Apparently when you're sub saharan African they make it a point to FOLLOW YOU and check that what you've bought is paid for by asking for the receipts. Their so-called manager was in a rush to search my bags and ask for a receipt but couldn't even take the time to listen to my questions, thank you for your "hospitality" Mr. Manager, I will NOT be shopping with you anymore.

Not even a star, at the front door arrived at 7.15pm, we let a family in front of my eyes, I was a few steps past them, when the security guard told me that they stopped the service. He doesn't even pay attention to the people who arrived just before me, speaks in a rude way, calls his manager a few minutes later who doesn't have the proper posture or speech to talk to clients, says he didn't not seen people entering, and he does not want to know! Not at all professional for a franchise that presents a service I rather recommend that of Agdal .... !!
