At the exiting from Rabat to the north, en route to Chefchaouen, is worth stopping on the way at La Forum and Le Mausolé D'Abu Al-Hassan, or by the other name Chellah. The place is a historical site from the Roman period. On a warm day not so pleasant there but overall the place is lovely. The stork nests in April were very beautiful with chicks in each nest, a spectacular sight

It's an amazing place to visit with nice views and peaceful place's just on the outside of Rabat. With a lot of with stork's.

As a traveler, I just couldn't miss this historic site. Yes, it was relatively pricey and not as large as thought. However, it was sure beautiful, interesting, and the cranes and abundance of cats made the experience for me. Would I go again? Nah, once was enough.

A really nice site, but it's outrageous price takes away from its beauty. And beware of the so-called 'tour guides' who know no more than you..... and have the nerve to charge you for the 'pleasure'.
