Petty cheaters, simply don’t go there. I rented a car from them for two days (ca. 550 MAD), pick-up location at the railway station in Agdal. From there I had to go to the city centre office anyway due to technical issues on their side. At the office I was forced to pay some “insurance” (ca. 380 MAD), otherwise they wanted to block 1600 Euros on my card. A lady in the office gave me a lot of information about conditions but not the very important one – that I am allowed to drive just 100km a day, otherwise they will take another 90 Euros (ca. 900 MAD) from my card, all that just because “I pick up the car in Agdal”. Long story short, instead of initial 550 MAD I was tricked to pay almost four times more. I have had good experience with Hertz in other countries but its Moroccan subsidiary is a disgrace.

be careful because the google map sign another point in the map. the excat place is very close to the Gare Rabat. in front of Cantor hotels and a Brasserie. you will see the herz sign on the right.

to avoid the Moroccan subsidiary is ashamed. scammers and they don't respect their customers. first vehicle parking brake Hs, they change the vehicle to me but this time the end-of-life plates, I changed them myself 500dh without reimbursing myself. plus the expired insurance certificate problem with the Moroccan authorities. and to prove the scam repairing a tire at 400 eu. I have good experience with Hertz in other countries but that of Morocco is a disaster. I put a star because I have to publish my opinion but they merit -5.

It is possible to throw the key in a box and leave the car around the clock. That worked well too.
