This is a review for Budget Car Rental at Rabat-Sale Airport (NOT at Rabat Central). Upon arrival as well as when we departed we were very kindly helped by three of their employees, who were very helpfull and flexible. They thought along with our questions and problems and were very trustworthy. They worked overtime to support us. We got exactly the car we had reserved online. The car was as good as new, had very few km's on it and very little damage (only exterior). We had full insurance on the car and we had no problems whatsoever when we turned the car back in. If we travel to Rabat again in the future, we would chose the exact same rental company, so we definetly recommend it! Also we recommend chosing a car with airconditioning (we had) an full insurance. Thank you for the great service!

This review if for budget car rental in Rabat-Salé Airport. Younes was a delight to deal with both in check in and check out. Although he was on a break his phone number was there and could be reached easily. check in was fast and efficient and even helped me load my bag. I had an early flight and dropped the keys in their box, the communication around check out and reserve cancellation was smooth. I dealt with a lot of rental agencies and Younes made this experience one of the easiest.

The worst car hire agency I have ever met: 1. Procedures very long, car bringing next 30 mins. Only in French, no English documents. 2. Tried to contact to by email twice cause wanted to extend a car for one day extra. No answer given. First told me they have sent my answer to wrong email which was a lie! Than charged me extremely high price without any info before and my acceptation when car returned. 3. Payed in cash, they charged me double on my credit card too. Was waiting for my money next three weeks. Claim procedure - nightmare. 4. Incredibly, really bad customer service post hire. Generally all my thought etc. 5. Thieves!!! Liars!!! Watch out on them!!!
