Avoid Europcar at the Rabat airport. Although we had a prepaid reservation, the office closed long before the end of opening hours leaving us stuck at the airport late in the evening.

Mohamed Bouhou, Europcar airport of Rabat been more professional. A serious young man, competent and smiling! He carried out the inspection of the car at the start and end with rigor and honesty. He took the time to introduce the car and explain its use while listening to the questions posed. Thank you Mr. Bouhou.

Hello to all future europcar rental companies. Following a rental in Morocco at rabat airport for a period of 11 days. Everything went well when taking charge of the seat leon and even the first week. A mechanical breakdown has arisen (clutch blocked and impossible to shift gears). Reactive repair and towing of the car. After several phone calls (don't be in a hurry) for a replacement car and no response. We had to call the administrative service and at the end someone called me to unblock the situation. Overall for a Moroccan service they provided
