They won't you to browse the products
Went to look for a single electric grill. But didn't have what I wanted. Well stocked shop and staff friendly and helpful.

Stay away from this place i bought a headphone which apparently someone already opened them, and the mic isn't working.
Lying to a customer is not cool, trust me.
So before we closed the deal, the sale lady confirmed that I can return the product within 10 days and replace it with whatever other product they have. I was naive to believe her, guess what happened next? after returning next day, she denied saying anything like that, so here I'm stuck with something that I really don't like... Anyway, I should've read the contract, which by the way, they give it to you AFTER making the payment!
Being a customer for several years, I recently had an experience during my online purchase which made Electroplanet lose all its reliability. I initiated an order in August which was delivered 48 hours later. So far so good. However, 4 months later, to my surprise, my account was debited with the amount of said order without notice.
It was fine to contact store customer service as well as e-commerce service several times, but to no avail.
Apparently, "the fund justifies the means".
