We arrive at the laundry for the first time around 18:30 with our laundry. We had 3 bags of clothes weighing about 3 to 4 kilos each. The woman behind the counter tells us that it will cost 150 dirhams for the 3 bags ... We ask her how she did to count us the price, she replied that since each bag is washed in a different machine 7 kg (which makes 3 machines), and that the machine costs 50 dirhams per wash so it's 150 dirhams (and I do not even tell you what area of ​​exasperation she spoke to us!). My mother then asks what product they wash clothes, explaining that in a previous laundry the product they used smelled too strong. The woman did not want to answer the question, giving us a wacky answer, and all this in a very unpleasant way! And finally, we ask her how hot they wash clothes, and she tells us (again with exasperation) that they wash her cold! My mother makes the remark that washing the clothes cold can not remove the dirt, so the woman finally sends us back by handing us our bags of laundry and suggesting we go to another self-service laundry that is in Maarif. This rot was simply abject with us, it has no sense of customer. I advise everyone to go wash their laundry Bulle soap: not only the woman at the reception is horribly unpleasant with the guests, but in addition they wash cold (otherwise, your laundry will not be well washed).
