Modern decor, clean and inviting environment.My first Morroccan spa/hammam and it was all worth my day.Heartwarming to see my fellow Filipinas professionalism and warm smiles in a foreign land.They give the best manicure pedicure service;massageThe thai massage was excellent.Hello to Pinky,Rita etc. all of you made me feel at home. Fatima who provided the Morroccan hammam service took care of me well,guided me through the process and very attentive to my needs.The tea/coffee/sweets offering was a nice classy touch of service.The sauna was good and i enjoyed it.The jacuzzi water temperature could have been a little bit warm otherwise it was ok.The brushing of hair was a nice finishing touch to the service.I could have given this place a 5 star but I think there is big room for improvement in their public relations and management.As a first time client and a foreigner I was looking for a place who can answer all my inquiries and put me at ease afterall that is what a spa is for.Calm relax environment The first time I made an appt..I needed explanation on the spa/hammam packages the place has to offer.The explanation felt short and i got the impression that I am supposed to know what constitute a Morroccan hammam and the packages they offer. hopefully next time they have brochures available as reference.After that encounter I just went to their website and got the info of what is included in the package I chose and what services Im paying for.Although this part of the experience is regrettable ,the overall spa experience and excellent service by Fatima,Pinky,Rita etc. compensated for it.Shokran to some of the Morroccan staff and all the Filipino staff for their hospitality and professionalism.It was a great experience .A must destination for a spa in Tetouan

A Spa with high standards services. I go there whenever i need pumpering. Hot Stone massage is amazing, The Hamam is a very good experience with a very affordable price. The philipino Girls are very professional and friendly, they give the best manicure and pedicure i have ever got in Morocco. Besides that, they always keep the tools and area clean. I would definetly recomand "Pack 1" with 450dhs it includes Hamam+massage+pedicure Or manicure+Brushing.

I give this Spa 5 stars , because its just amazing, how everything is professional and clean and the people are all nice and gentle to you , i can even say that every beautiful lady wo loves her self should visit there you deserve it , you will feel like a queen, Thx a lot Thai Spa and Naima and all other philipin Nice girls for letting me have an amazing day , love you all ( dounya )😍😘😘😘😘

Nice spa ..but the bad thing is that you can't have a hammam alone, you're obliged to have someone with you and that's a bad point for me.
