This is not true, my husband was not wearing the ring when we returned to the store for the exchange. In addition, it was your advisor who removed the tag when he put the ring in his little box. Your feedback only reinforces the observed bad liver and this is my last comment! I confirm once again, that your adviser as well as the after-sales service are incompetent! Very badly recommended for an alliance by the seller of the Maarif Casablanca store. Who lied to us by telling us that we could exchange it in the event of a major problem. Finally on our return he refused to exchange it for us, no after-sales service knowing that the conditions of sale mentioned on the sales receipt stipulate that we have 5 days for the exchange. Anyway, I will never come back again and I do not recommend this store or the seller. I advise you to avoid this sign. Big scam that does not bear his name.
