Hello everyone, it's been a few days since I contacted this company to do a super simple job at home. At no time did they give me a quote for this first job, and once the job was done, the amount requested was very high, something my wife unfortunately paid for, for lack of knowledge. When I asked them after to give me the details since I found the price out of budget (I have a company in real estate, so I am used to seeing this type of work) and they told me that they don't have to share it and that they had already spoken with my wife. They left the house leaving us with no hot water, no pressure in the taps from Friday until Monday. After complaints, they weren't coming until Saturday afternoon (and I had to ask to move the first hour to Monday, because Saturday night I wasn't going to be home). Monday, and after 4 calls and several whatsapps, I managed to get them to pass at 3:30 p.m. when I had been waiting for them since 8 a.m. to shower (something I couldn't without hot water and pressure) at home and go to meetings of work. Since they did not want to give me the details, I asked for an invoice, since it is my right and their obligation as a company, but they did not want either and that if we want it, we must pay an increase for VAT ... something I did not accept given the price paid (300dhs of labor for barely 15min of work). The company never informed us that the amount he was asking us was black, in the same way that he did not communicate an estimate, in addition to having given really a bad service, that it is mainly the problem. I tried to Google a professional company, just to avoid bad jobs or scams. I found just that, the least professional job I could expect. I strongly advise against working with this company, my experience has been really bad.
