Great company and friendly staff. The car was clean and sanitized. Yassine ELHachimi met me at the terminal and gave me the keys; very helpful. I recommend. I will use their services again.

At the beginning the payment system does not work. my credit card was blocked. I could have a second card, the same problem. they changed their device and it worked !!!!!!! The car was damaged in a parking area in Casablanca. It was a private parking. The commercial-guy told me to call police and ask for police report to avoid my responsibility. done. when I was back, there was no one to talk to, only Mustapha who took back the keys !!!. The girl in the front desk had a doctor appointment and I had told that the manager is busy . I called each day no answer. always the managers are in meeting and the girl had no answer to give. 3 days, I was told that's my responsibility because the parking has no insurance !! It took me two days of follow-up with the police to get this report. Finally, without consulting me, they charged my bank account of 3,500 DH with the name of another company, payment by credit card without my authorization !!! ???

Worst company ever they just wanna get payed the rest they dont care no service the road assistance u pay for but never existed guys im not recommending u this company bands of robbers
