Beware of this seller with questionable practices. From the beginning I had doubts about customer service. When placing the order everything was available for the desired date but once the payment made the deadlines are no longer met (10 days late! You will tell me that it is "normal" in the country of incha allah!). My order received, I thought to be rid of Cosmos (and more precisely of a certain Zakaria) it was without imagining that a purchased product would break down after 1 year and 5 days. There the scam begins, cosmos only guarantees the products one year whereas the manufacturer Bosch in this case guarantees them for 2 years. So I propose to pay the intervention of the technician what I accepted but to this day I am still waiting for the Technician Cosmos ...
Fortunately, I contacted the builder directly and that he taught me the scam and that he dispatched a free technician within the hour.
This will be my first and last purchase from this brand that still has some way to go in the customer relationship

Following my comment I was contacted by Cosmos to handle my problem. This is a very good thing but you have to switch to pro active mode rather than firefighter mode.
In any case I congratulate the customer service of Bosch who was professional and responsive!
