Been using them for a year because of convenience but this is a horrible place, they are overpriced, the wash is far from special and the worst thing is i got my kitten from them, they told me she was vaccinated but i suspected it wasn't since i got her so young and they did not give me her booklet at delivery. Yesterday she passed away from what the vet suspected as "typhus virus" (she has no access to outdoors cats so she must have gotten it from her mother) because since the 1st day i got her, she was struggling with diarrhea, random lethargy and she even came with ear parasites, and coat mites but i did not mind, i was taking care of her and did not make a problem since they were conveniently located near me and they seemed nice but they do not take care of the cats in ways that could turn out to be fatal like what happened with my Persian Doll Cat. and there is a possibility they lie about the vaccines so i had to leave this review after the painful grief their unprofessional negligence has caused me.

Very very bad service, owner arrogant doesn't give enough attention and time to clients talking bad, prices different than the website. Vouch: think twice before visiting the shop Note: 2/20
