Made a reservation on booking and when arriving, the property was basically closed. After waiting for 10 min in front of it the owner opened, just to be very surprised by us. She obviously didn’t expect anybody. After check-in and payment, we were surprise by our room (the biggest Suite) basically being under construction. It was nowhere close to what it looked like on the pictures, half of the room was empty and most of the inventory (like TV) was missing. After the owner refused to give us a discount or even an apology, we left the property again. Not a nice experience at all.

Unfortunately we cannot hand out the 5 stars very often is done by predecessors. That is why there was a certain disappointment. The welcome was not what we were used to, no tea no welcome chat. Owner himself who was not present. French and because my French is not entirely fluent, communication was difficult. They do have spacious, clean rooms with a mini fridge and a truly fantastic view of Ourika. Unfortunately, they are not really attractively decorated. The children did not have their own bed, but the couches in the living room were transformed into sleeping places. The air conditioning didn't get the large room pulled by the large windows. And to make matters worse, the shower drain did not continue, so that water ran into the bedroom. The indoor pool was clean but for the kids it was a boring loft (as she called it) The breakfast was standard but well cared for. We had booked 2 nights but made the choice to spend the last night elsewhere.
