Aloha hotel was nothing like i expected. For a 5 star hotel, i am so dissapointed. We had no towels, and toilet paper. The TV was not working at all, we asked for it to get fixed yet got no reponse whatsoever. The apartment incredibly dirty, and we felt so unwelcomed. This hotel is not even worth 1 star. I am so upset with my stay and the lack of responsiveness from the staff. Not to mention, they did not want to find any solution nor give me a refund. Beyond the view, there is nothing nice about it so i suggest you RUN. It's such a scam.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst hotel ever. No toilet paper or basic amenities. Very bad hygiene and smells really bad. The whole place is filled with flies. If all this wasn't enough, they also have the worst customer service you can imagine. The whole place is empty, no workers just one manager. Absolutely shocking.

Most amazing view of the bay!! The hotel had a community feel and great food. Medi, the host, made sure we had everything we needed from towels, wetsuits, boards and anything we needed! Even some live guitar at dinner. We absolutely loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer.
